Dear Kalayanamittas,
Below is a very good dharma talk which I delivered on the 23rd June 2013 at the Subang Jaya Buddhist Association (SJBA) on the topic ‘Importance of mindfulness and heedfulness to cope with Life’s problems and suffering’ (A Method of Stress Release via Meditaiton) for sharing by all.
(As this topic is very relevant to life it is hope that u all can find the time to listen to this rather important dharma talk. Human sufferings are very real and so many people are afflicted by it almost every now and then. Some can be very traumatic with suicidal tendencies. Grief, sorrow, lamentation, fear, worries and anxieties leading to severe depression and sadness, etc. are very common nowadays.
Resend with another Audio link from broteoh.com which is more stable : https://broteoh.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/Teoh-SJBA-130623-Importance-of-Mindfulness-Heedfulness-to-cope-with-Lifes-problems.mp3
Please do listen to it attentively to develop the clear understanding of the beautiful dharma shared.
Bye! and with metta always,
Teoh
P.S. – below was the posting I saw on the internet and I would like to thank Dr. Bugs Tan for the nice posting on his buddhistbugs.blogspot.com website. Sadhu!x3.
